250g of Mayonnaise

1) Fry the shrimp 🦐:

– In a bowl, add the shrimp kernels, salt and pepper to taste, minced garlic and chili, and let stand 30min

– In a frying pan, add a generous amount of olive oil and let it heat up. As soon as the olive oil is hot, add the shrimp core and fry

– Put aside
