Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff

1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion- diced
3 Cloves Garlic – minced
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 Pkg Brown Gravy Mix
1 C Water
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 C Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
12 oz Bag Egg Noodles (you can also use elbows or any type of noodle)

Bring a pot of water to boil.

Brown ground beef and drain excess grease if needed.

Add onions & garlic, cook until onions start to turn translucent. Add in onion
powder, salt, pepper, gravy mix, water & cream of mushroom soup & sour cream. Stir until combined. Cover and let simmer over low heat.

While the ground beef is simmering cook the noodles al dente.

Drain noodles an add to the ground beef, stir in the dried parsley.

Stir until all combined
