4-5 adet kornişon turşu
1 kase konserve mısır
1 büyük kase yoğurt
3 diş sarımsak
3-4 yemek kaşığı mayonez
Üzeri için:
2 adet kapya biber
Ceviz
Sıvıyağ
Kırmızı toz biber
Yapılışı: Erişteyi biraz rengi dönünceye kadar kavuralım, üzerine sıcak su ve tuzu ekleyerek kısık ateşte pişmeye bırakalım. Pişen erişteyi geniş kaseye alarak soğumaya bırakalım. Üzerine köz biber, kornişon, mısır ve yoğurtlu karışımı ekleyerek karıştıralım. Üzeri için tavaya yağı alarak cevizleri biraz soteleyelim, üzerine köz biberleri ve kırmızı toz biberi ekleyerek sotelemeye devam edelim. Servis tabağına aldığımız salatamızın üzerine dağıtalım.
