This is the most simple, quick, easy and delicious Chicken Pulao that you can make at home with basic ingredients.

Ingredients for Chicken Pulao:

– Chicken, curry cut pieces with bones – 500 grams
– Rice- 1.5 cups (approx 300 grams)
– Onions, sliced- 2 medium
-Tomato, diced – 2 medium
– Mint leaves- 2 tbsp
– Green Chillies – 2 slit
– Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Whole spices:
– Peppercorns – 1/2 tsp
-Cinnamon stick 1-inch
-Cardamom – 3
-Cloves – 4

Other ingredients :
– Biryani/Pulao Masala powder- 1 tbsp (I used @ShanFoodsGlobal)
– Refined oil- 3 – 4 tbsp
-Ghee – 2 tsp
– Salt- 1 tsp (check salt content in Masala Powder and add accordingly)
