[ Ingredients ]

1 cup warm water (250 ml)
1 cup warm milk (250 ml)
1/2 cup vegetable oil (125 ml)
10 g dry yeast
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
5.5 cups plain flour (660 g)
1 teaspoon salt

125g room temperature butter to spread between them.

1 egg to spread on top!

How to make: Mix all the ingredients for the dough according to the order in the video and knead the dough well! After kneading the dough, divide the dough into 5 equal pieces. Then thin the dough balls to the size of a dinner plate. Put room temperature butter in between and place the rolled dough on top of each other. Do not put oil on the top. Expand with your hand. Then fold and cut as in the video and make the rings. Brush them with 1 egg and bake in a controlled oven at 185⁰C (350⁰F)!
