TODAY’S RECIPE IS Simple & Easy Kunafa Recipe | Famous Arabian Dessert Recipe | Creamy Kunafa Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Vermicelli 200 gm
Soften butter 2 tbsp
Mil well
6 inch pan
Grease 1 tbsp butter
Pour half portion of vermicelli mixture
Milk 1 cup
Heavy cream 1/4 cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Custard 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Mix well
Cook until thick consistency
Butter 1 tsp
Mix well
Pour thick milk mixture over vermicelli layer
Spread remaining vermicelli mixture
Bake it in a preheated oven at 160c for 10-15 mins until crispy golden brown
(Making sugar syrup)
Sugar 1/3 cup
Water 1/3 cup
Let it boil
Boil for 2-3 mins
Pour sugar syrup over hot kunafa
Let it cool completely
Pistachios on top
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
