I didn't like my pork belly, It was cooked prefect, NICE COLOR AND GLAZED 👀👀 I think buck board bacon is a lot more better. Got more flavor. After eating the buck board bacon > makes it hard to go back to real bacon, YUCK
Got an idea for you. Spicy (deggi) pork bulgogi cripy tacos and use the pellet grill. There are several options on how to assemble it. Have fun.

i once made the mistake of using zespri. Don't use that it does not work like a regular kiwi.
Some toasted sesame seeds would be a nice garnish as well.

Kiwi is a great tip for tenderizing. Just be cautious how long you marinate. One day should be fine but anything longer you risk having the meat fall apart.
