I can tell you already everybody liked the potatoes 🙂 They way you present your recipes make me want to try it out ( I mean eat) / cook it the next weekend. I have to thank you for making everybody super exited when they know papa is going to cook Indian curry 🙂

I always wondered though, won't the onions and garlic get too browned and bitter when you roast them so long with the chicken? And why do you sometimes roast the spices beforehand, and sometimes not?

  4. Thank you Bumbi potatoes YES they really absorb the flavors and make the dish go further I lov them in all my curries .I am keen to try this recipe which is light on the spices I am confident it will be a sensation

  5. Your receipt my mom taught me exactly I do the curry same as your I add potatoes always to the biryany and curries no curry without potatoes and I’m from Middle East not Indian great job 👏 👍👍
