This is a simple brine I often use with my pork shoulders. Orange juice, jalapeños, garlic and Smoke Junkie Rub are all you need.

No salt…not a brine…this is a marinade
I just smoked a pork shoulder. No brine, just salt & pepper on an offset. Amazing!
