400 grams chicken
1 tbsp full yoghurt
1 TSP full ginger garlic
1 tbsp vinegar
salt to taste

second marination
1 TSP red chilli powder
1/2 TSP garam masala powder
1/2 TSP cumin seed powder
1/4 TSP turmeric
salt to taste
food colour is optional
1 tbsp wheat flour or gram flour
