Not trying to be mean, but that looks drier than a fart. You wna pull your meat at least 10Β° before temp cus it will continue to cook

For the loin, pull at 130f. If you pull it even at 135, its still gonna be dry.
That dry ass pork needs to go straight to the garbageπ

145Β° is what you want finished resting temperature to be. Pull it before 145 and let it rest.
That looks dry as the Sahara
