INGREDIENTS :
500 grams pork belly, cube
500 grams pork blood
1/4 cup vinegar
1 onion, minced
5 cloves garlic, minced
thumb-size ginger, minced
2 pcs. green chilli, chopped
6 pcs. red chilli, ( optional )
2 stalk lemongrass, smashed
3 pcs. bay leaves
2 small chayote,cube
chopped spring onion
1 pc. pork stock cube
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups water
cooking oil.
