  1. This is day 53/100 of my series PROTEIN POWERHOUSES 💪🏻 where I will be sharing a new high protein breakfast using different protein sources for 100 days, to show you that breakfast doesn’t have to be boring or repetitive.

    Day 53 is an easy, single serve strawberry yoghurt bake. This is lower calorie and should therefore be served as an accompaniment for a more substantial breakfast.

    Macros per serve (serves 1)
    Calories: 211 P:13g C: 22g F:8g

    *exact macronutrient values will depend on the type of brand, type and exact quantities of products used.

    INGREDIENTS (serves 1) 👩🏻‍🍳
    ➡️ 60g high protein yoghurt
    ➡️ 1 medium egg
    ➡️ 1 tbsp all purpose flour
    ➡️ 1 tsp honey
    ➡️ chopped strawberries

    Method
    1. preheat the oven to 180oc
    2. Mix together the yoghurt, egg, flour and honey and transfer to an over proof dish
    3. Top with your chopped strawberries and cook in the oven for 15 minutes
    4. Remove from the oven and enjoy warm and top with some extra honey
