What’s up guy’s. I’m back with another Chames Eat’s recipe and today is all about the pork belly. The chinese braised pork belly is one of those dishes I can’t resist when ever I’m at a Chinese restaurant. If you love pork belly, you will enjoy this recipe it is deelish!
Ingredients:
1kg Pork Belly
2 Sprigs of spring onion
4 Cloves of garlic
4 slices of fresh ginger
2 Star anise
2 Tablespoons white sugar
2 Tablespoons of dark soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Shaoxing wine
2 Cups water
1 Tablespoon rock sugar
Pinch of salt
