Hey ya’ll! I can’t wait to show you how to make Slow Cooker Beef Brisket:
I’m going to show you how I make my super tender, mouth watering Slow Cooker Beef Brisket. This recipe is super easy and straightforward. It’s almost impossible to mess this up. I use my homemade bbq rub for my brisket along with apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, and olive oil. I mix the ingredients, and rub it all over the beef brisket, and let it cook overnight in my slow cooker. I then remove the brisket from the slow cooker, and place it in the oven on broil to darken the bark. The outcome is a melt in your mouth- seasoned to perfection- smokey brisket. I kid you not, this brisket is just as good as smoked brisket!

What is "liquid Smoke" and is there a substitute for it. Where can this be purchased in Melbourne, Australia?
FYI slice it thin and serve on buns either left over juice and you will have a great sandwich
Ooh Rosie , it looks amazing!!!
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Instead Of putting it in the oven I’m gonna put it on the smoker for about three hours. I’ll try to remember to update on how it works out.
liquid smoke… gross. non stick spray… gross.
👌🏻
2:09 grow up!
What size brisket is this
Wow. Sounds like a great recipe only 12 hours seems like a long time for that size of beef brisket which appears to be about 3 pounds or so…maybe? I’m using that size brisket so I think I’ll go for half that time. Maybe a little bit better than half at 6.5 hours on low, 7.5 hours max. That should be enough time for a well done brisket. Will come back and post if that was enough time.
How long do you let it rest?
Slow cooker is fool proof!
Hi can you reuse the left over oil ? for roast potatos?
Quick and to the point. Just what I needed.

So you can cook a brisket from raw in a slow cooker?
Ty!❤️😘
Okay… I just tried your recipe last night and I had the beef brisket slow-cooking for 12 hours overnight in time for lunch the next day and it was truly amazing. I would definitely make this again. I used store bought applewood dry rub. I added a little bit of coarse pepper and coffee grinds to it. The rub and the liquid smoke was very good. Thank you for this recipe.
Hi from Queensland Australia , would love to make this now🥰 but I’m unable to find your rub mix…would truly love your help…it looks amazing & I’m drooling just reading some comments lol ❤️❤️❤️❤️
