  1. I made this last night with the Greek lemon roasted potatoes. I got the recipe from my phone and had to come here and subscribe. I'll never look at pork loin the same old way. I served with roasted brussel sprouts and used the sauce from the potatoes on that as well. Everyone at the dinner table raved! Thank you so much. I look forward to exploring your channel!!!

  2. I purchased the loin to add pork to Shin Spicy Gourmet Ramen Soup Bowl. The first time I had the soup I didn’t realize that the lovely meat on the package, wasn’t in the package. I threw in leftover from breakfast sausage patty and bacon. Sooo good! Some days I will add kielbasa, sausage, boiled egg, scallion, whatever I like. Today I will cook the loin on low, while I take a riverboat ride from the Wethersfield Cove! Greetings from CT ! October 9, 2020 days of COVID. Be well!
