When these first went viral, I tried them… and honestly? Mine were a kind of a mess 😅 The beef didn’t brown as well as I’d like, the cheese wouldn’t melt evenly, and flipping them was a disaster.
But I kept at it. I tried different pans, beef ratios, smashing methods… and finally figured it out 💥
Now the beef gets crispy, the cheese melts just right, and that burger sauce brings it all together 🤤
They’re quick, easy, and better than takeout; my whole family gives them two thumbs up every single time 👍👍
