Ingredients:
1 center-cut 1955 Black Angus beef sirloin roast
Olive oil
Your favorite rub or Killer Hogs seasoning and steak rub
Instructions:
Rub a 1955 Black Angus beef center-cut sirloin with olive oil and season evenly with your favorite rub or Killer Hogs seasoning and steak rub.
Let it cook for about a minute on each side,it will begin developing a good crust.
Move it on top of the barrel.
Flip every minute and a half.
Cook until it hits 127°F internal temperature (use the MeatStick for accurate reading).
Let it rest on a cutting board for 7 to 10 minutes before slicing.
