Here in Brazil we are used to eat (mainly in the north of Brazil) We are used to prepare with (translate please) Pimenta do reino, cominho, cebola, cebolinha, salsa ou coentro, fumaça em pó, pimenta de cheiro, chimichurri, alho e sal. Fio de azeite no fundo da panela de pressão e vai a 45 minutos. Fica macio e suculento.
