  1. Injected these w/ @tonychacheres Injectable Marinades and they came out extra juicy and delicious. Might be my new favorite way of cooking a chicken. 💯

    • Whole split chicken
    • @tonychacheres Roasted Garlic & Herb injectable marinade
    • @tonychacheres Original seasoning

    𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
    • Remove chicken spine then split down the breast bone.
    • Inject w/ marinade then season.
    • Smoke at 275-300F using applewood for about 2hrs or until internal temp of the thickest part of the breast reaches 165F.

  2. Looks like you did it again!!.

    One of the best bites I ever had trackside, was a smoked and grilled turkey drumstick. Waa insane!. A well spent $5. Around 1998 at Seattle International Raceway at the Pro NHRA Drags. I went back for 2 more, and they were sold out, instantly.

    If you want to grab a bunch of cash at a event stall, do a pulled pork bitchwich or smoked chicken portion. You will be done/sold-out by 1pm.

    We did pulled pork at a Seafood festival and shamed all the other stalls. We sold out, and folks were pissed. Total take for about 20hrs was $$$$.$$ with some very kind tip jars. They insisted we come back the following, so we did it again.

  3. That looks great as always. SO I have one for you. Mix some of that into a fat cheeseburger, spice to your liking, grilled onions, jalapeno's and cheese with a bunch of that butter in the iron skillet or flat top.
    I need to mix that with some cream cheese, cheddar and bacon.
