If you like smoked corned beef for Saint Patrick’s Day or for any occasion this is a must try recipe!
Around the 4 minute 30 second mark there is a minor error in the text. It should say “Make Sure Your Probe IS Over the Water Line”…it say’s “Isn’t”…my bad;-(
This corned beef was already brined from Costco and it’s a beef round, not brisket and it was delicious.

Thanks for the video. My wife picked up a corned beef brisket not thinking about it not being a regular brisket. Currently following this video as its cooking. However the wife and I jumped the gun and added the vegetables after the 2 hour smoke. Woops!!!! It'll be fine though I guess.
I just wish you would have shown how you slice the corned beef. Still really liked the video.
Another great video thanks Brandon…
Quick, to the point and gave us the temps. Nice job. Whoever it was that left the downvotes –you're a couple a jackasses.
Looks awesome! I usually make these in my oven or a crockpot, but will defiantly give this a try in my Louisiana pellet smoker for sure. I always pick up a bunch of these roasts right after St. Patricks, because they get to be real cheap.
That looks delicious. Great video.
I bet you could get a Traeger blanket that would work. 🤗🤗
This looks amazing. We live near Boise. I cook with my Traeger all year using the winter “blanket” cover. Love love my Traeger. 🤗🤗
Duuude, this looks so good. I can't wait to try one for myself now!
Hey thanks! Looking forward to trying this for St Patrick’s Day! I’ve always just used a crockpot. This looks much better 👍
That’s a gorgeous corned beef cut. I usually buy em around st pats cause they’re cheaper. Also makes for a great pastrami, I got a video on that. 🙂 Great job!
Really looking forward to doing this again on Saint Patrick's Day, turned out delicious and the leftovers were just as used like cold cuts in sandwiches!
