🍖Charcoal Grill Pork Shoulder Printable Recipe: https://bearcusine.com/pork-shoulder-on-charcoal-grill/
I had a go at this today! It's in the kitchen resting for the next 45 minutes then I'm pulling it and having it with the family. Just some buns and coleslaw tonight. Hoping it tastes great. Thanks for the simple, easy to follow tutorial.
Just go GRABABEER! 😅😅😅
Great video, making this for football tmrw!!! Only problem is not the recipient, just the wire brush. Use balled up foil, or grill scraper to clean grill instead.
Looks great! For me I do t brine pork butts! The water pan and spritzing took care of moisture. Great video!
This was a great down-to-Earth tutorial. Thank you 🤠!!
Does the smoke stack stay opened or closed? Also what temp does my grill need to be at before I add the meat?
You do it almost just like me, but I use cherry juice. We like to take the leftovers, fry them up in some lard (the real stuff) until a little crispy, and have carnitas. We can eat off of a 7lb roast for at least 3-4 days, depending on if my grown kids show up for dinner or not.
I'm about to try it out this morning on memorial day weekend 23
The verde recipe is great!! Thanks B!!
Yo! New subscriber here! What temp should I keep my grill at? Thanks!
Kudos for simplifying the steps and I like the shortcut using the apple juice pan to finish cooking, versus wrapping directly in foil.
Where can I get the salsa verde recepe?
Colored paper is not good for chow bub. Wood chips, bark, anything but colored paper
Trying this tomorrow! Thanks!!
OMG this looks fantastic!!
