Love this, as a PG owner, I love the fact that you come back to it every once and a while. Have you made any updates to how you use the pellet Grill for brisket? Keep cranking out the great stuff!
I don’t own a pellet grill. You couldn’t give me one. I use Pit Boss pellets in 12” smoke tubes around my property to keep mosquitoes away from the family. A $799 pretzel maker. No thank you! Cheers!
Living in Germany I have to say this looks really good
Here in central Texas a pellet grill is a must have tool in your kit. Just because the oven heats up the house too damn much. Pretty much anything you can bake you can do it on a pellet grill. You just don’t get a ton of smoke flavor above 250° ish.
Great video! Nothing wrong with a little pellet grill action, either! They definitely have their place when you need consistent temps or don't have time to babysit a fire. Different flavor profile, but different doesn't always mean bad. Keep up the great work!

Man I need to get into baking and try these! Now that you’ve leveled up your baking, I challenge you to make puff pastry from scratch! Beef Wellington video?
On the pellet grill how about baking a pizza? I would like to see that. 🙂
Dammit, now I wanna make space for a pellet grill…
Just got pellet grill would love to see more recipes on what’s good for a pellet gril
Hey Brad, I see your mustard recipe calls out 1 cup water, which I didn't see mentioned or added, was that when you boiled the mustard seeds? Am going to make this for the weekend. Thanks!
@chuds
Make a smoked cuban!
Great video… can you boil the pretzels first..??
Hehehhahaha, lov your beer topper…!! where did you get it from..??
Hey mate, try some brioche cinnamon rolls on that rig. Smoke the cream cheese for the frosting also.
Top notch
These look spectacular. I'm in the market to replace my pellet smoker and so far that Camp Chef is 2-0 vs anything else on my shopping list
SOFT PRETZELS!!!
yum!!👍👍
Bake some Mexican cornbread on it!
I did this on my offset last year. They were great.
Love it. Not only because I like pretzels or pellet grills, but rather because its a veg friendly recipe. I love Meat, but any event I host has a few veg heads and they are hard to accommodate. Do the BBQ watermelon! I botched it, but perhaps you will have better luck.
Maybe bake some twice baked potatoes
Pretzel stick?
I was hanging out with my daughter watching your videos over the weekend and told her it would be awesome if we made some of the stuffed burgers you made and we made our own pretzel buns. Good timing on this video.
Lol the pretzel in the knife holder 😂
👍
Didn't realize this style of beer cheese style was based here in KY. I love making beer cheese like this and am considering trying it with smoked sharp cheddar now.
I have the Cuisinart Woodcreek 4-1n-1 pellet smoker and I love it! Gotta try this recipe.
gravity smokers are the best of both worlds – easily attainable high temps with a great smokey flavor.
Haven't fired my oven up in my house in yrs. Love baking in my pellet grill. With the right pellets and pellet grill, you will get a hint of smoke on longer bakes.
Ok, i need that beer bottle stein lid!
Just started watching your videos and love them. binged a whole lot tge past week. Have you thought about doing a Salami making video? Wild boar/hog would be a great meat choice. Keep doing what your doing loving this all the energy in your videos.
I would like to be made aware of your pellet grill thoughts
Anyone watch that old horror movie C.H.U.D.? 💀 I watch it every October for Halloween time 🎃
Yes, please do another video reviewing that smoker. I've heard it's a game changer in the pellet smoking world and would love to hear your thoughts on it. Great video!
The fact you know what Obatzda is is why I am subscribed. Thanks for the great recipes!
Pellet grill cheesecake!! 😀
Been extremely curious about that pellet smoker with the wood box, can't wait to see more of it! Keep us posted with those honest charismatic episodes!!
Would love to see your thoughts on the Woodwind Pro, been considering getting one and trying to do as much research as possible!
Pretzel bun chud burger in near future?
@Chuds BBQ OT, but I just saw this on YouTube. Snake In My Boot https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aH4RojXZVos
Now just imagine wrapping that pretzel dough around some of that jalapeño cheese sausage!
Got the Weber Smokefire. Think 30 min proof in the smoke boost would work? Or maybe smoke boost first 10 min then boost to 550-600?
God damn I’m hungry 🤦♂️
Yo I couldn’t find your last live video. It was great by the way. You mentioned about how much time you spend editing vs better used time. Another Texas boy who got to the point like you started contracting it out. You should also do a show with him and have some fun. It’s demolition ranch on YouTube. It may be worth your while to look into his editing contractor company. Keep killing the content! Thanks for all of it!
I need to see you make a pizza now, make the cheese, dough, sauce, meat
