In this video, we’ll smoke a deer shoulder right alongside a classic pork shoulder and see which one comes out on top!
First, Seth expertly butchers a bone-in deer shoulder and selects a comparably sized bone-in pork shoulder. Next, we season both shoulders with our Bearded Butcher Blend Seasoning.
Finally, we head to the Yoder 640YS smoker to cook the shoulders side-by-side.
