Point is, during a fat loss phase the goal is not to get protein into your muscles.

Instead of choc milk. Use hemp milk(high protein) and raw cacao.

That Chocolate milk has High Fructose Corn Syrup in it…I doubt it will make that big of a difference, but it's bad anyway.
