That’s how I’ll make my pork chops, but I don’t use the size on seasoning but that’s how I make a smothered pork chop
I used to make great chops but lost the recipe after my wife was hooked on Shaknbake…now that we dont eat that crap anymore, Ive been looking for a way to cook pork chops without drying them out. I’m gonna make this one tomorrow.

Ok, you have a problem. You fried the chops in dredged flour earning a beautiful crust. Then you boiled the chops in the gravy. Cook them separately. To serve, plate the chops and cover with the gravy.
