I flour and fry mine first, then drain some of the oil and use the drippings to make the gravy and then smother them like she did and cover with a lid till tender

Over crowded pan won’t sear meat, but steam it instead. Make in batches. Trade out cream of mushroom soup with bone broth and cream and you’ll have something delicious. 🌷
