I like using heavy whipping cream in scrambled eggs, even fluffier than milk!
In Australia, hash brown is a term usually used for what I believe Americans call hash brown patties… so maybe that was their confusion? We (or at least where I’m from) would called those just diced potato/ fried potato or some combination similar to that ☺️
