Ingredients – Beef Marinade
β’ Beef 450g – Any Beef Steak or roast sliced thin.
β’ Soy Sauce 2 tsp
β’ Dark Soy Sauce 1 1/2 tsp
β’ Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
β’ Sugar 1 tsp
β’ Corn Flour 2 tbsp
β’ Chinese Rice Wine 2 tsp
β’ Cooking Oil 2 1/2 tbsp
Instructions – This recipe doesn’t use baking soda to tenderize the beef. The beef will be tender when marinated for 30-45 minutes using these ingredients.
Ingredients – Pre Cooking Onion, Celery And Bean Sprouts
β’ Salt 1/8 tsp
β’ Sugar 1/2 tsp
β’ Chinese Rice Wine 1 tsp
β’ Cooking Oil
Instructions – Cook Onion, Celery And Bean Sprouts for 1 minute only
Ingredients – Pre Cooking Carrots, Broccoli And Sugar Snap Peas

β’ Sugar 1/2 tsp
β’ Chinese Rice Wine 1 tsp
