โข Beef 450g – Any Beef Steak or roast sliced thin.
โข Soy Sauce 2 tsp
โข Dark Soy Sauce 1 1/2 tsp
โข Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
โข Sugar 1 tsp
โข Corn Flour 2 tbsp
โข Chinese Rice Wine 2 tsp
โข Cooking Oil 2 1/2 tbsp
Instructions – This recipe doesn’t use baking soda to tenderize the beef. The beef will be tender when marinated for 30-45 minutes using these ingredients.
Ingredients – Pre Cooking Onion, Celery And Bean Sprouts
โข Salt 1/8 tsp
โข Sugar 1/2 tsp
โข Chinese Rice Wine 1 tsp
โข Cooking Oil
Instructions – Cook Onion, Celery And Bean Sprouts for 1 minute only
Ingredients – Pre Cooking Carrots, Broccoli And Sugar Snap Peas
โข Salt 1/8 tsp
โข Sugar 1/2 tsp
โข Chinese Rice Wine 1 tsp
โข Cooking Oil
Instructions – Cook Carrots, Broccoli And Sugar Snap Peas for 2 minutes only
