Soy Sauce Braised Pork Belly 🥓🍛😚
삼겹살 간장조림

[Recipe]
1. Cut 500g of pork belly into your desired size!
2. In a pan with cooking oil, sear the pork belly evenly on the outside!
3. In a new pan, add the pork belly, ginger, and green onions, then pour in water!
4. Add half a cup of soy sauce, half a cup of mirim (cooking rice wine), half a cup of soju, 3 tablespoons of sugar, half a tablespoon of beef stock powder, and 1 tablespoon of honey, then bring to a boil!
5. Once the alcohol from the soju has evaporated, add boiled eggs and shishito peppers, then cover with a lid!
6. Simmer for about 1–2 hours, and once the sauce has reduced and thickened, turn off the heat!
7. Serve the soy-braised pork belly with rice and enjoy!

1. 삼겹살 500g을 원하는 사이즈로 잘라줍니다!
2. 식용유를 두른 팬에 삼겹살을 겉만 골고루 구워줍니다!
3. 새로운 팬에 삼겹살, 생강, 대파를 넣고 물을 부어줍니다!
4. 진간장 반 컵, 미림 반 컵, 소주 반 컵, 설탕 3스푼, 소고기 다시다 반 스푼, 꿀 1스푼을 넣고 끓여줍니다!
5. 소주의 알코올이 다 날아갈 때쯤 삶은 달걀과 꽈리고추를 넣고 뚜껑을 닫아줍니다!
6. 1~2시간 정도 끓여주고 졸여지면 불을 꺼줍니다!
7. 밥과 삼겹살 간장조림을 함께 맛있게 먹어줍니다!.
