I usually put a vegetable bouillon cube in the water with the pasta and a little druzzle of olive oil (a trick i saw the chefs do in an Italian restaurant I once worked in),
Exactly how I make mine and I’ve never seen a video how to do it. I just decided to experiment and got lucky the meatballs are so juicy and flavorful 😋😊
Is there any need to save the pasta water to be added to sauce?
The pasta queen sometimes does this.
