Best way to do a turkey also. I mounded the dressing and laid the turkey over it— easiest way to stuff a turkey.

Forget the kitchen shears go to your DIY store and get a pair of pruning shears. Give them a good wash and use for easy cutting. 👍

We spatchcock our Thanksgiving turkey & smoke it every year. Stays juicy, skin crisps up really nice and cooks in a fraction of the time.
