    1 Kg Keema (fat 20%)
    Spices
    1 TBS Salt (as per taste)
    2 TBS Zeera Powder
    1 TBS Ajwain
    2 TBS Adrak Lehsan Pastes
    1 TBS Kali Mirch powder
    2 TBS Anar Dana crushed
    2 TBS crushed Dhania powder
    2 TBS crushed Red Chilli
    1 and ½ TBS Garam Masala powder
    4 medium size Piaz chopped and Squeeze all water from It.
    4 timater chopped.
    12 piece Hari mirch chopped or grinded
    2 fry eggs
    Mix well And Marinate for At least Half an hour
    Make kabab as you like And fry.
