Here is the detailed recipe:

1.Soaked moong dal in a bowl for 15-20min.

2.After 15min wash it & grind it well.
3.Put a pan on the flame.

4.Add 2cup water ,2cup sugar ,1tbsp cardamom powder,1/2tbsp food colour (as you required).

5.Add grind moong dal & mix it very well.

6.Lastly add 1tbsp ghee & take it down.

7.Take small portion & shape it round(as you like).
