I came here looking to check for some added ingredients and then, the amount of ajinomoto used is insane!!! Should be a PINCH, rather than that 'wholesome' scoop of ajinomoto.
One should be aware of it.

Pork chilli – lard + lots of oil + ajinomoto + soya sauce + other sauces + venegar (may be) + fry meat – we Indians wah wah, same in every Chinese foods, praise them but boycott their products, hi hi hi…
