Great looking recipe. When do you add the garlic? I'm guessing somewhere between the bacon and the pork.

Hey Jane. lOoks interesting. I never tried gochujang with an Italian tomato sauce. I always make my own with crushed tomatoes, fresh herbs and garlic. It's quite easy and I always make enough to freeze. I use for pizza, etc. In the states, ragu is what we ate as kids, too sweet for me.
Hey my starter finally turned out well. I made several successful bauguetts, brioche, sourdough breads. If you haven't tried already, check out sour dough starter, it's quite easy to make , very healthy and is totally natural yeast. It adds a depth of flavor and texture I could never achieve with commercial yeast before. I'll try your fusion recipe, minus the ragu.. haha. ill let you know how it goes.. peace to you
You always cook easily… It looks so tasty^^
love it
