Spicy Pomfret Fish Fry Making….
INGREDIENTS :-
Medium sized Pomfrets (as Required)
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder,
1 tbsp. Coriander powder,
1/2 tsp Garam masala,
1/4 tsp. Turmeric powder,
1 tsp. Ginger garlic chilli crush,
1tsp Mustard Sauce.(Optional for Lemon Juice),
1 tsp. Salt,
Soak (30 to 60 mins),
Coating Process :-
Β½ cup Semolina
ΒΌ cup Gram flour
Fry For Oil (5 Tbsp)
Fry on Low Flame (20 to 25 mins)
For Garnishing,
Lemon Slices,
Onion Slices,
Coriander leaves (or) Curry leaves,
