Ingredients:
– 300-400g sliced pork belly
– 1 onion
– 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
– 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
– 1 tbsp soy sauce (Ghan jang)
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1 tbsp oligo syrup
– 1 tbsp mirin
– 1 tbsp minced garlic
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Mix the pork belly with the marinade ingredients and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2. Cook the marinated pork belly in an air fryer. 180C 10mins (5mins for each side)
