Spicy Sauteed Chicken Livers

Ingredients:
– 400g chicken livers
– 1 liter water
– 1 shallot
– 4 cloves garlic
– 50g bird’s eye chili
– 2 stalks green onion
– Olive oil
– 2 tsp sugar
– 1 tsp granulated mushroom
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
– Boil the chicken livers in a pot with water for about 25 minutes, then drain.
– Chop the chili, shallot, garlic, and green onion; set aside.
– Heat olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the chicken livers, then set aside.
– In the same pan, sauté the chili, shallot, garlic, and green onion until fragrant. Then season with sugar, granulated mushroom, salt, and pepper, and add the chicken livers back into the pan.
– Stir briefly until the seasoning is evenly distributed, and it’s ready to be served.
