a very good winter soup. yummy n easy to cook
We have a restaurant south of Seattle about 45 minute drive in Tacoma who specializes in this soft tofu soup. My Korean mom lived in Anaheim and we’ve both tried the soup in LA and here close to me in Tacoma. I would have thought LA would have made it better but my mom loved the soft tofu soup restaurant better here where I live. She passed on Mother’s Day in 2023 and I miss her so much. I have no reason to go back to the Anaheim and LA area since she no longer lives there.
This dish is pure joy, and the pleasure of the first spoonful never dims, no matter how often I make it. Thank you for this recipe.
On my 30 minute lunch break after walking my dog I have 15 minutes left to make this meal so I can eat while working from home. You saved one extra hungry belly today.
