Nam Jim Jaew is spicy Northeast Thai style BBQ dipping sauce made with loads of aromatics and roasted ingredients. The flavor is spicy, tangy, herbaceous, and nutty. This sauce goes great with your favorite grilled meats and freshly steamed, sticky rice. It is also the sauce that is served with crying tiger beef.
