Spinach 200g (Cut into thin strips)
1 Large Onion
Oyster sauce 1 tbs
Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbs
Fish Sauce 1 tbs
Rice vinegar 1 tbs
Chicken stock 1/4 cup
Bell Pepper 50g (Red & Green)
Green Chili pepper – 1 large
Ginger – 1 tbs (chopped)
Garlic – 1 tbs (chopped)
Vegetable Oil – 1 tbs
Salt & Pepper – to taste
White Sugar – 1 tbs
