Spinach bread recipe with fresh spinach is a great healthy recipe for those who want to eat nutritious bread. I used fresh spinach and warm water smoothie to make dough for this spinach bread loaf. Defiantly, you can also make spinach bread roll or spinach buns or spinach pie using this recipe or even use it for pizza base. It will work just perfect since the dough is soft and it gives a nice texture when baked.
This is one of my favorite healthy bread recipes for breakfast. I usually slice the loaf and make sandwiches. You can also stuff your sandwich with fresh spinach to have that double taste of spinach. Whatever you make either spinach bread loaf, spinach buns, or spinach rolls, hopefully you will enjoy it.

► INGREDIENTS
* 150 ml water
* 1 egg
* 1 tsp salt
* 170 g (6 oz) fresh spinach
* 1 tbsp sugar
* 4 cups all purpose flour
* 2 tsp instant yeast
* 4 tbsp butter

Note: Rest the dough after shaping for 20-40 minutes to get better result. It will ensure your bread loaf / bread rolls / buns to rise and become fluffier.
