CORIANDER SEEDS – 1 1/2 TBSP
CUMIN (JEERA) SEEDS – 1/2 TBSP
FENNEL ( SAUNF) SEEDS – 1/2 TSP
PEPPER CORNS – 1/2 TSP
FENUGREEK (METHI) SEEDS – 1/4 TSP
CAROM (AJWAIN) SEEDS – 1/4 TSP
GARLIC – 2 CLOVES
TAMARIND – 1 SMALL MARBLE
FOR SUKKA:
COCONUT OIL – 1 1/2 TBSP
SQUID(CLEANED N’ CUT INTO RINGS) – 250 GMS
GROUND MASALA POWDER
TURMERIC (HALDI) POWDER – 1/4 TSP
SALT – 1 1/4 TSP / AS PER TASTE
WATER – 1/2 CUP
GRATED COCONUT – 1/2 CUP
CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
FOR TEMPERING:
COCONUT OIL – 1 1/2 TBSP
ONION – 1 (CHOPPED)
GARLIC CLOVES – 4 (PRESSED)
