This was a flavor bomb and amazing way to use extra/leftover steak!
Mix together
2 tbsp softened cream cheese
1 tbsp ranch
1 tbsp dehydrated chives
Then spread the cheese mixture on one half of a tortilla, place down your steak and roasted jalapeño that you roasted, removed the skin, and sliced. Then top with cheddar cheese and fold it over.
Cook in a skillet on medium low heat with both sides buttered!
