You really shouldn't need to use oyster sauce for this stir fry dish, it won't go well with the hot chili.

Everyone is wondering what Ingredients he used, first he cooked the octopus with ginger than stir fry with ginger white part of spring onion and chilli and I think the sauce he is using looks like Hoisin sauce or oyster sauce and chilli sauce like sriracha than add some green spring onion
