Marinade:
350g beef tenderloin
A pinch of salt
Ground pepper
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp cornstarch

500g bok choy
4 garlic cloves
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil

  1. Ha ha! I just made and ate this. I really like Bok Choy, which I never even had until the past number of years. I don't even really know how to cook. This was the first time I've bought and cooked Bok Choy and Oyster Sauce and it turned out delicious! I included some ground beef I had and one could well just do this almost like a "hamburger helper" type of things. So easy!

Can you serve this with rice noodle please help I have some dried fried noodles to cook and ashamed to say I'm scared to cook them because I don't want to ruin it LOL hopefully I'll get an answer from you thank you.
