200g of lean pork, sliced thinly:
1/2 a cup of ginger slices:
3 stalks of spring onion:
4 cloves of garlic, chopped:
1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce:
1 tbsp of light soy sauce:
2 tsp of tapioca flour:
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of sugar
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/2 tbsp of cooking rice wine:
a few dashes of sesame seed oil:

I will try this recipe, but I have a question. I see that you use chinese cooking wine in this recipe (and many other recipes too). Here in Norway we do not have that, and to import it is crazy expensive. Can I use white vinegar, apple juice or pineapple juice instead?

👍 another quick and easy recipe for a novice cook. Did you use old or young ginger? Will there be difference using corn starch which I have at home. What is the difference in using tapioca starch?
