For strawberry paste:

Grind 10 strawberries to a paste and keep it aside .

For corn flour milk sauce:

Corn flour 2 tbsp
Milk 2.5+1/4 cup
Sugar half cup

Method:

Mix corn flour with 1/4 cup Milk and keep it aside
For later use.

Boil 2.5 cups milk along with sugar once it boils add in corn flour milk gently mix and stir continuously until the mixture thickens .

Turn off the flame and cool down slightly. After cooling down add the prepared strawberry paste to it mix it until well combined and keep it aside .

For strawberry syrup:

Ingredients:
Chopped strawberry half cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp

In a pan add all the three ingredients and mix it well.cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Once its done turn off the flame and cool down completely.

For bread toast :

Take required bread slices and cut the sides. Place the bread slices on a preheated pan and toast them until crisp from both sides. Donot make it too brown.

Assembling:

Arrange toasted bread slices in a pudding tray as a layer. Pour prepared milk strawberry sauce over it as a layer . Again place toasted bread over the sauce as another layer . Pour the milk strawberry sauce over the bread and Spread it evenly. Finally spread the strawberry syrup over it and spread it evenly.

Garnish with sliced almonds. Refrigerate for 2 hours. After 2 hours cut and serve chilled.
